You also get a great game with two top teams in one of the major national stadiums.
The 2019 Belgian Super Cup is a football match that is scheduled to take place on 20th July 2019 between Genk, the winners of the 2018–19 Belgian First Division A, and Mechelen, the winners of the 2018–19 Belgian Cup. The game kicks off at 19:30 at the Luminus Arena in Gent. The stadium holds 23,718 and was built in 1999. Heusden-Zolder played at this stadium for their single season at the top level in 2003-04
The winner is decided in one match only, played by the winner of the national football league (the Eredivisie) and the winner of the national KNVB Cup. In the event of a team winning both the Eredivisie and the KNVB Cup, the Johan Cruyff Shield will be contested between that team and the runner up in the national league. The match traditionally opens the Dutch football season in August one week before the Eredivisie starts.
The 2019 Johan Cruyff Shield will be the twenty-fourth Johan Cruyff Shield (Dutch: Johan Cruijff Schaal), an annual Dutch football match played between the winners of the previous season’s Eredivisie and KNVB Cup. The match will be contested by Ajax, as both the 2018–19 Eredivisie champions and the 2018–19 KNVB Cup winners and PSV as runners-up of the Eredivisie. The Croatian Football Super Cup (Croatian: Hrvatski nogometni superkup) is a football match between the winners of the Croatian First League and the Croatian Football Cup. The Super Cup is always held at the beginning of a new football season, and is only held when different clubs win the two most important competitions in the previous season (i.e. the match is not played when a club completes The Domestic Double).
In 2002 the Croatian Football Federation took over the organisation of the Super Cup and made it an official single-legged fixture, with 30 minutes of extra time followed by a penalty shoot-out if necessary, which must be played a week before the following football season kicks off. Since 2002, the match has always been hosted by the club which won the league title.

The game will be played at Stadion Maksimir, The venue is primarily the home of Dinamo Zagreb, the top club of the country with 18 league titles. First opened in 1912, it has undergone many facelifts, and its current layout dates from a 1997 rebuilding. Many of the Champions League’s and World Cup’s games are played at Maksimir, which competes with Poljud stadium for the biggest matches.
The 2019 Turkish Super Cup (Turkish: TFF Süper Kupa) was the 46th edition of the Turkish Super Cup since its establishment as Presidential Cup in 1966, the annual Turkish football season-opening match contested by the winners of the previous season’s top league and cup competitions (or cup runner-up in case the league- and cup-winning club is the same). It is going to be played on 7 August 2019 between the champions of the 2018–19 Süper Lig and 2018–19 Turkish Cup, Galatasaray, and the runner-up of the 2018–19 Turkish Cup, Akhisarspor. The venue will be the Eryaman Stadium in Ankara.

The 2019 Russian Super Cup (Russian: Суперкубок России) was the 17th annual Russian Super Cup match which was contested between the 2018–19 Russian Premier League champion, Zenit St Petersburg, and the 2018–19 Russian Cup winner, Lokomotiv Moscow. The final was played at VTB Arena. on the 6th July
Czech Republic / Slovakia
The Czechoslovak Supercup (Czech/Slovak: Česko-slovenský Superpohár) is an annual football match between the winners of the Czech Cup and the Slovak Cup. The first Czechoslovak Supercup was held on 23 June 2017 and the second was canceled 7 days before its scheduled start due to security concerns and the Slovak FA’s unwillingness to postpone the match to a later date. The 2019 cup took place last week between Spartak Trnava and Slavia Praha on the 6th July with Slavia Praha winning 3-0 at the Anton Malatinský Stadium, Trnava, Slovakia.
